The Contract
Your team doesn't need watching.
Every workplace tool makes promises in a privacy policy nobody reads. This page is different. It's the contract between Wodular and every person who uses it — written in plain language, published where everyone can see it, and binding on us.
No screen capture. Ever.
Wodular will never take screenshots, record your screen, or capture what's in your windows. Not on a timer, not on demand, not for owners, not for anyone. There is no screen-capture code in Wodular, and there never will be.
No keystroke logging.
Wodular does not record what you type, how fast you type, or when you type. Your keyboard is yours.
No idle tracking.
There are no idle timers, no activity scores, no “away” detection built from mouse movement. Stepping away from your desk is not a data point.
No owner-only analytics.
There is no dashboard your owner can see that you can't. If a number about you exists in Wodular, you can look at it too. Aggregates shown to owners are built only from what members already see.
You see everything shared about you.
Your opens, your closes, your presence on the floor — you wrote them or you triggered them, and you can always see exactly what your team sees. Nothing about you travels anywhere you can't follow.
No unrequested viewing.
Nobody can silently watch, listen, or drop in on you. Joining a conversation is always visible to everyone in it. There is no observer mode, no ghost join, no “monitor” button.
No recording.
Conversations on the floor are live and then they're gone. Wodular does not record audio, does not transcribe calls, and does not store conversation content. What compounds is what you choose to write down: your opens, closes, and receipts.
Why we can promise this
Wodular isn't surveillance software with the surveillance turned off. It's built on a different idea: a team runs on rhythm, not oversight. Opens say where you're headed. The floor says you're around. Closes are the receipts. None of that requires watching anyone — so we don't build the machinery to do it.
