Wodular is an office companion built around a daily rhythm: open your day with a plan, work it on a lightweight floor, close it with a receipt. It is explicitly not monitoring software, and our Contract is part of these terms. If a clause here ever appears to conflict with The Contract, The Contract wins.

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us right away at support@dmeprousa.com.

Wodular is free for solo use. Teams pay $7 per month base plus $1 per person per month, billed monthly through Stripe. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and changes never apply retroactively. You can cancel anytime; your plan runs through the end of the paid period.

Don't use Wodular to break the law, harass people, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other workspaces' data. And one unusual clause: don't use Wodular data to build surveillance of your workers outside the product — for example, exporting presence data to score attendance. That violates the spirit of the product and these terms.

Your workspace's opens, closes, and other content belong to your workspace, not to us. You give us just enough license to store and display that content to the people you've shared it with — that's it. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.

We work hard to keep Wodular up, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We may update or modify features; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice and a chance to respond except in cases of serious abuse.

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — confirm with your lawyer], USA.
